Booking Cancellation Policy - Bistro Senzill

At Bistro Senzill, we understand that plans can change. In order to provide the best possible service, we appreciate advance notice in case of cancellation or modification of your reservation.


Cancellations and modifications:
• For bookings of up to 6 people, cancellation at least 24 hours in advance is required.
• For groups of more than 6 people, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.


Group bookings (more than 6 people):
• To guarantee the booking, we require valid credit or debit card details.
• No charge will be made at the time of booking.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, a charge of 35€ per person will be applied.
• No shows: If you do not show up without prior notice, future bookings may require additional confirmation or prepayment.
• We will release your table after a 30 minute wait.
